Why Jon is such an important part of my life

As I was preparing lunch for Jon the other day I thought I’d go down memory lane and reflect on our history.

Jon and I first met when he joined the Institute of Directors in 2000, less than a year after I did.

His brief was working with Boards of Directors and senior executives, a task for which he was particularly well suited. Jon is a terrific listener and brings creative ideas to the process of change.

My friendship with him differs from the one with Bev, Lisa and Jen in that he witnessed my journey pretty much from the beginning when I first started being coached by Alan, my first life coach.
